Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Advisor will provide exceptional phone support to US-based business customers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist US-based business customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, offering technical support and education for the app
- Handle email inquiries and manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service
- Resolve issues on the first contact and report critical issues to the technical support team
Required qualifications
- Customer service and/or technical support experience, preferably with technology/SaaS companies
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions while maintaining composure
- Strong technical aptitude and adaptability to challenging situations
- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, web browsers, and GSuite
