Bilingual Customer Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customers and the laboratories
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Provide and clarify lab test results and coordinate follow-up tests and sample pickups

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, or contact center environment
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Possession of an associate's or bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline is preferred
• Ability to work 8 hours a day on the phone in a quiet workspace
