Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Consultant will manage customer inquiries by answering 50-70 calls daily, providing solutions every 5 minutes, and serving as a liaison between customers and IDEXX laboratories in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving issues primarily over the phone
  • Provide and clarify lab test results, coordinate follow-up tests, and assist with sample pickup and delivery
  • Maintain effective communication and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in both French (preferably Quebecois) and English
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer and technical skills, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in a veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment preferred
