Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Complete CSR I certification program within 10 weeks and achieve CSR II certification within 2 years
- Provide professional support to customers via chat, email, and phone, while meeting service level agreements
- Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of service experience, preferably in customer support or a call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
