Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative who will provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application issues
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
  • Document all customer interactions and research in Salesforce (CRM)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service/contact center experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
