Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Representative, a full-time position responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers, operating remotely during M-F, 8AM - 5PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application issues
- Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
- Document all customer interactions and maintain competitive product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- General automotive knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
