Job Summary

Providing real-time support and incident resolution, the part-time hourly Bilingual Customer Support Representative will assist team members with deliveries and customer issues while communicating effectively in both Spanish and English, working remotely for a 2-month assignment with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver real-time support and resolve incidents related to deliveries and customer inquiries
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products, processes, and tools to collaborate across teams
  • Document interactions, incidents, and resolutions using Google suite services and other platforms
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual reading and writing in Spanish and English
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role within technology, hospitality, or grocery/convenience sectors
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Slack and Salesforce is preferred
