Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to international clients, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist healthcare professionals, and collaborate with internal teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to international customers and internal teams via various communication channels
  • Manage a high volume of international customer accounts and resolve inquiries and issues promptly
  • Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Two-year degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of related experience, with an undergraduate degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostics industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
