Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to international clients, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist healthcare professionals, and collaborate with internal teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to international customers and internal teams via various communication channels
- Manage a high volume of international customer accounts and resolve inquiries and issues promptly
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Two-year degree and/or a minimum of 4 years of related experience, with an undergraduate degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostics industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
