Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time capacity, operating in a hybrid work environment while managing inquiries through multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
- Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
