Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to and troubleshooting customer support issues and tickets across platforms
  • Identifying trends, bugs, and escalating priority issues
  • Serving as the voice of the community and championing feature requests to the Product team

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English as well as with French and/or German
  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer support role
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders
  • A natural, deep curiosity that drives learning and investigation
  • Startup experience or experience working at a company that has scaled quickly
