Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Chinese B2 and English) for emails and live chats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Chinese and English at B2/upper-intermediate level
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role with live chats and emails
  • Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related qualification
  • Interest in crypto or stock exchange
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
