Required Qualifications
- Chinese and English at B2/upper-intermediate level
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role with live chats and emails
- Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related qualification
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
