Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) who is bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers across multiple channels
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
