Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (After Hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
