Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) who is bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Enhance knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers and comply with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
