Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, chat, and email
• Perform administrative tasks within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
