Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (After Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels
• Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively to meet service standards
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while complying with corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree desired
• At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Ability to acquire new skills and adapt to change in a positive manner
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others
