Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Bilingual (English/French).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound and outbound call support in both English and French, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Monitor live trips, assist customers and drivers during scheduled shifts, and manage unexpected events
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and French
• 1-2 years of customer service or logistics coordination experience, preferably in transportation or hospitality
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems or processes
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
