Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist III - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and act as the point of contact for specialty clients
  • Investigate and resolve issues for sales teams, providers, and internal customers
  • Support onboarding and manage customer complaints, escalating high priority issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare contact center
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
