Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, such as processing service requests and password resets
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications

- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center
