Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while adhering to service standards
Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
