Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while adhering to service standards
Required Qualifications

- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
- Knowledge of G-Suite applications is preferred
