Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) who is bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally while maintaining service standards
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems and build relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Knowledge of G-Suite applications is preferred
