Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) who is bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally while maintaining service standards
  • Perform administrative tasks within core systems and build relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Knowledge of G-Suite applications is preferred
