Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while complying with company policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change and handle difficult customer interactions professionally
