Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care and Technical Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues while managing support tickets for efficient resolution
- Provide guidance to new and existing users on products, ensuring a smooth user experience
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication proficiency (CEF C1 level or above)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college completed preferred
- 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers and peripherals
- Must be at least 18 years old and reside within an approved state
