Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Preferred consideration for candidates with multi-channel communication experience
