Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in a multi-channel communication environment
- Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
