Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with professionalism and accuracy
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in multi-channel communication environments
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively under pressure
