Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time after-hours support to customers, delivering exceptional service through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively to meet service standards
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Preferred consideration given to bilingual candidates
