Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time customer support in a multi-channel environment, ensuring exceptional service to internal and external customers while being bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in a multi-channel communication environment
  • Ability to acquire new skills and adapt to change positively
