Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time support to internal and external customers in a multi-channel environment, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage customer inquiries efficiently
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while adhering to company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
