Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and facilitating requests in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in multi-channel communication environments
- Ability to acquire new skills and adapt to changes positively
