Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time after-hours support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries across multiple channels while maintaining professional relationships and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively to meet service standards
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while complying with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in a multi-channel communication environment
  • Ability to acquire new skills and adapt to changes positively
