Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels, while maintaining professional relationships and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Preferred consideration given to bilingual candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
