Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers in a multi-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Preferred consideration given to candidates with multi-channel communication experience
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
