Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time customer service support in a multi-channel environment, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively to meet service standards
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while complying with company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in multi-channel communication environments
