Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time, after-hours support to customers by delivering exceptional service through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and knowledge of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through telephone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage customer inquiries
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to adapt to change and handle pressure effectively
- Preferred consideration given to candidates with prior experience in multi-channel communication environments
