Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time after-hours customer service support, responding to inquiries via multiple channels while maintaining professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
