Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time after-hours support, delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively to meet service standards
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
