Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and facilitating service requests in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Preferred consideration for candidates with experience in multi-channel communication environments
- Ability to acquire new skills efficiently
