Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers through various channels while maintaining professional relationships and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through telephone, chat, and email inquiries

Required Qualifications
