Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist is a full-time position focused on providing exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative functions within core systems and manage time effectively to meet service standards
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
