Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist provides full-time support in a multi-channel environment, delivering exceptional service to customers while managing inquiries and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
