Job Summary

The full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively assist customers and comply with company policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while using various programs and applications
