Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will assist internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while performing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree desired
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
