Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, while working from the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, or remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate support requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
