Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a multi-channel environment, while working remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
