Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will assist internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance product knowledge and participate in learning opportunities to effectively address customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms using correct grammar and structure
