Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, managing inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner across multiple channels
  • Perform administrative tasks such as password resets and service requests within core systems
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
