Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, managing inquiries through multiple channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
