Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with timely and professional service
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate support requests
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
