Job Summary

As a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the candidate will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide clear and timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
